The King’s Return
Video games and Tony Hawk are a long love story, with their ups and downs and especially their flaws. The series has been rough for a long time, and if you’re a fan, don’t tell you that there are a lot of bad titles in it. If there is consensus on the other hand, the first episodes remain classics. That’s why we had a remake of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 last year on Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

If you miss these games, don’t panic, because in their great kindness Activision has thought of you. The publisher has already announced a return to the new version on the Nintendo Switch, but also on Playstation 5, Xbox Series X and S.
For the Nintendo console, it will be a port for the version we already know, but in the new generation we are entitled to some improvements. On March 26, we will be able to enjoy a 1080p and 120fps release or 4K resolution at 60fps. Playstation 5 and Series X will both get native 4K resolution, while the S Series will get graphics boost from 1440p.
Players who already own the Digital Deluxe Edition will be able to download the Playstation 5 and Xbox Series Edition for free on March 26th. While pre-orders for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 are open, players who already have the Digital Edition will be able to purchase the Cross-Gen Deluxe Edition for $ 10. Unlock the enhanced version of the game and bonuses, such as the secret skater The Ripper, the retro look of Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero and Rodney Mullen, then retro gear in “Create-A-Skater”.
