The solution: a second branch, at the corner of Bélanger and Fabre streets, much larger, with plenty of seating and a huge production space.
Julian Roy, co-owner of Seth Gabrielse and their new partner, Quentin Lamensch, are breathing a little easier. The team has become more efficient with new equipment and space to spare.
