How did you discover co-working?

I discovered co-working during a training session for home service network franchisees. In that moment, I understood the usefulness and future of co-working spaces. I have had several meetings with directors in and around Rennes, but also in Normandy and the south of France. All this allowed me to check my project.

You have presented your project at the Liffré-Cormier (Ille-et-Vilaine) investor forum. How did it go?

I met Liffré-Cormier’s Community Economic Development Department who advised me to take part in the eight-workshop entrepreneurship course.

While working, I attended all the workshops offered as part of this course. I also met personally with chartered accountants and Akhos to work on studying the economic fabric.

Then the Department of Economic Development advised me to participate in the Funders Forum, on July 6, 2023, in Liffré-Cormier. It was an opportunity to present my project and meet with the Rennes and Brittany initiative network, which provides the construction permit.

what do you want to do now ?

Today, my project has matured. I would like to be able to open a co-working space in Liffré-Cormier.

How do you see that?

This space will be a workplace. All those who wish to come will be able to find the space to their liking.

The idea is to be able to find a private office, shared offices, an open space, a meeting room and a small meeting room. In particular, I would like to conduct workshops and conferences on various topics.
