Henderson Park is in the process of acquiring a portfolio of 12 hotels operated under the Hilton brands, most of which are freehold, in the United Kingdom and Ireland, located in major cities such as London, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dublin.
The deal is expected to close later this year. The 2,424-room portfolio covers 12 hotels under the Hilton brands, is strategically located and includes a variety of amenities (meeting rooms and ancillary services such as indoor pools and spas). The hotels are in excellent condition and provide opportunities to create additional value through possible room expansions or renovations.
The 12 hotels have been franchised by Hilton and bring together three of the group’s most recognized brands: Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree by Hilton. Henderson Park is in advanced talks with the current manager, Amaris Hospitality, for the ongoing management of the hotels. Hotels are located across the UK, with the majority located in major cities including London, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dublin, and the remainder in nearby major cities such as Bristol, Coventry, Dartford, Newbury and Southampton.
