The meeting was chaired by Faisal Ludfie, Under-Secretary-General for Diplomatic Affairs of the United Arab Emirates and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Jennifer Anderson, Director of Diplomatic Affairs at the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).

The meeting was attended by representatives from various departments of the Ministry of Foreign and International Cooperation, Ministry of Home Affairs, Central Identity and Citizenship Commission, Ministry of Justice, National Commission for Emergency and Crisis Management, Public Civil Aviation Authority. And representatives of the United Arab Emirates Health Department, as well as relevant UK officials.

Faisal Ludfi ​​extended his congratulations from the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Sheikh Abdullah bin Saeed Al Nahyan, as well as his appreciation for the strong bilateral relations between the two countries in the diplomatic field and his congratulations to the meeting.

The two sides discussed common diplomatic issues, follow-up plans and ways to create them. They also explored ways to strengthen joint diplomatic cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

During the meeting, Faisal Ludfi ​​reaffirmed the desire of the United Arab Emirates and its interest in strengthening and developing relations between the two countries, which reflects the aspirations and directions of the country’s leadership.
