Department archives: Mandatory sanitary permit for exhibition space from August 16

From August 16, 2021, the date of reopening of the Departmental Archives after the summer holidays, like all culture and entertainment venues, access to the Departmental Archives Exhibition Room will be contingent upon submission of an updated health clearance. As per regulatory provisions, no health certificate is required to access the reading room.

Compulsory health card to enter the exhibition space

From Monday 16 August, the date of the reopening of the departmental archives after the summer holidays, the terms and conditions of access to the Lormandière Gallery will change.

Indeed, since the regulations require all places of culture and entertainment, access to the exhibition hall of the departmental archive will be conditioned on the presentation of a recent health certificate, which is one of the following:

  • complete vaccination certificate, to which is added the required time after the last injection;

  • Evidence of a negative test (RT-PCR or antigen) less than 72 hours;

  • Certificate of recovery from Covid-19 with a date of at least 11 days and less than 6 months.

Anyone without a recent health certificate will not be able to access the exhibition hall.

No health permit required for reading room

However, access to the reading room of the Administrative Archives is not conditioned on the presentation of a valid health clearance.

According to the established texts, it is not necessary to obtain a health permit to access the reading room and see the documents of the administrative archives.
