Cité de l’Espace is exceptionally closed all week

From September 5 to 9, 2022, the Cité de l’Espace in Toulouse will be closed. Reason: hardware maintenance. After it reopens, and until October 6, the exhibition halls and planetarium will remain unavailable.

It is rare that it does not receive visitors. But this Monday 5th September 2022, The Cité de l’Espace in Toulouse will be closed to the public. All week long, until Friday, September 9th.

a First full shutdownwhich will followSecond partial closure, until October 6. Both are due to facility maintenance. On Saturday 10 September it will be possible again to visit the Cité de l’espace, but The two IMAX theaters and planetarium will remain closed.

Other activities that have been preserved in the Cité de l’Espace

If Emacs and Planetarium are not accessible, Other activities will be available again From Saturday 10. For example, Temporary exhibition “Currently on the International Space Station” which honors European astronauts on the International Space Station (ISS), and showcases the daily lives of astronauts.
