Battle for first place

Senior Regional Hockey League

Already in the second half of the season in the First Regional Hockey League and no one can predict which team will finish first

Three teams are currently competing for first place on the track. A fight to the finish builds up between Desjardins Wild of Windsor, JB of Daveluyville, and the Cougars of Warwick.

This weekend, two of the seven meetings offered will give a glimpse into the final stretch of the season. Coaticook’s Dynamik SA has certainly not said its last word and is very close, two points off the lead.

In the middle of the pack, Sauro of Lac Mégantic, DLC of La Guadeloupe, Nordik Blades of Vale des Source and Gentilly Ford of St-Léonard d’Aston follow while only three points separate them. Even with a rocky start to the season, Le Courteau de Trois-Rivières and East Angus Lumberjacks will want to show they can win important games and improve their position in the final standings.

We attend premium hockey matches, our teams perform at an exceptional level of intensity and the fans are there! This is a very good omen for the rest of the calendar! Jean Lamirande, President, LRH Senior A.
