Former Russian President and Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev reacted strongly to armed raids by Russian anti-Putin militants in the Belgorod region on Tuesday.

While passing through Laos where he met officers from the country, Medvedev accused Kiev of being responsible for these attacks on Russian soil.
