Habiba uses Apple’s positioning function called “AirTag”, a new iMac with a thickness of 11.5 mm, and the iPad Pro, which in turn takes advantage of the new M1 chip. On its first major block in 2021, Apple has sailed onto safe ground with some improvements over well-known products.
In fact, “novelty”, AirTag signs, takes on an already existing concept, which is tiles, little capsules that can be detected by bluetooth making it possible to find the keys and the various things that are connected to it.
AirTags have a huge advantage, however, as they use the GPS functionality of billions of iOS devices, phones and tablets active on the planet. As is typical of Apple products, you only need to bring these tiny particles to iPhone for it to be recognized automatically.
It includes a small, built-in speaker that you can ring to find whatever is plugged into it. An app is displayed on the phone to guide, such as a compass, to the desired object. AirTag will be available starting April 30 costing $ 39 each, or $ 129 for a four-person package.
Apple’s new M1 chip was released in the fall of 2020, which uses ARM architecture instead of Intel processors, and appears on another Apple computer. After MacBook Air, Pro, and Mac mini, it’s iMac, an all-in-one computer, to take advantage of it. This chip, which combines a very small processor and graphics card space, significantly saves space and better energy management. The result: the new iMac, with a 24-inch display, is barely thicker than the tablet, at 11.5mm. Its 4.5K Retina screen has 11.3 million pixels and 500 nits brightness. According to Apple, the octa-core processor in the M1 chip delivers 85% improved performance and 2X faster graphics.
For the first time, the iMac includes a fingerprint reader, TouchID, in compatible keyboard models. It also loses the USB-A inputs to offer only four USB-C inputs, including two Thunderbolt inputs, plus an Ethernet port built into the switch.
This iMac will be announced on the shelves starting in mid-May, and it will sell for a starting price of $ 1,599.
Wide angle in front
Another device that inherits from the M1 chip is the iPad Pro, Apple’s most premium tablet. Apple claims this development gives it 50% faster speed than the old A12Z Bionic chip. The company is also promoting the screen imported from another product, the Liquid Retina XDR, which can provide 1600 nits per square meter. For the first time, we incorporated on the front of this tablet a 12MP wide-angle lens that has the ability to zoom in and out to keep the subject in the center of the image. Finally, first last, the maximum storage capacity has been increased to 2 TB.
IPad Pro, which will introduce a 5G cellular version, will be available in stores starting in mid-May with prices starting at $ 999 for the 11-inch version and $ 1,399 for the 12.9-inch version.
In large quantities
Small announcement to note, the new generation Apple TV 4K will be able to use iPhone to adjust colors on TV. Apple is also launching a subscription to its Podcast service, whose interface has been completely redesigned, as well as a credit card that can be used by all the same family members over the age of 18. Finally, a new color for the iPhone 12 has been introduced which is purple.
