Three Ford customers have filed a federal lawsuit in the United States. The Mustang Mach-E is at the center of this lawsuit.
Last year, Ford recalled the Mustang Mach-E after a problem. This caused the electric SUV to experience power loss, which would lead to the vehicle stalling.
A software error caused a safety system to malfunction, which stopped the vehicle. A year later, Ford has no answer to its customers. So all 3 of them decided to file a case in court.

The complaint is based on the fact that Ford should have warned its customers about the risk of overheating.
